Design Consultation.
The process begins with a thorough evaluation of your property and your needs. We carry through an in-depth analysis of your existing landscaping and hardscaping. Any inspirational pictures or ideas you want to bring to the table, the better. These consultations are best carried out in-person, although we’re able to provide virtual consultations on an at need basis with enough site information.
Plant Palette.
This is an optional service provided for clients who might not be interested in a full design of their property. It provides a general layout, which shows the colors, types, styles, etc., and various combinations of plants that can utilized in specific areas around your property.
Conceptual Design.
The development of a master plan for your entire property, which includes an exploration of outdoor material combinations, and the overall look and style of your design, taking into consideration the best use of space, positive traffic flow, visibility and beautification.
Design Development.
A complete scaled hardscape (the placement of non-plant elements such as fences, walkways, paving, and lighting), planting and landscape plan, including plant sizes and quantities, along with detailed building/construction materials cost details.
Construction Management.
You will receive onsite management of all licensed contractor construction, building and planting, including the coordination of subcontractors, permits and any design adjustments from the construction phase to completion.
