CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
The development of a master plan for your entire property, which includes an exploration of outdoor material combinations, and the overall look and style of your design, taking into consideration the best use of space, positive traffic flow, visibility and beautification.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A complete scaled hardscape (the placement of non-plant elements such as fences, walkways, paving, and lighting), planting and landscape plan, including plant sizes and quantities, along with detailed building/construction materials cost details.
Construction management
You will receive onsite management of all licensed contractor construction, building and planting, including the coordination of subcontractors, permits and any design adjustments from the construction phase to completion.
Plant palette design
This is an optional service that you may add to your design consultation. It provides a general layout, which shows you the colors, types, styles, etc. and various combinations of plants that can be utilized in specific areas around your property.
